Just trying to get educated on the best options out there. I use a macbook as my primary computer. I do have it split using bootcamp to do some PC things. I am in the process of ending my career, and learning a number of new things so I have some side hustles. One of them is drones. I have been working on photo and video skills for a bit now, and am trying to dial in my mapping and 3D ability. As primarily a part timer I don't want to get into a bunch of subscriptions at the moment, but want to sharpen my skills/knowledge. If it turns out to be something I start doing commercially then the subscriptions are part of the cost of doing business. Are there any Mac users out there that can recommend the most user friendly options for mapping and photogrammetry modeling? I'd prefer to run everything on my macbook if possible.
