Rather than just bouncing around this issue, I figured it would be better to just ask the question directly!

Your response appreciated.

Thx!

It depends on the condition of the drone and included accessories. Assuming buyers understand the value of the drone, you'll likely only get about $150 for a used Mavic Mini in good condition with a single battery.

ebay completed auctions are a good guide to what people are prepared to pay. Looking at the actual bidding history as opposed to just the final price is useful too, it shows the number of bidders, where bidders dropped out and whether there was a bidding war.

personally given a choice between the two i would go for a new Mini SE
although its really a matter of what you want to spend ,and what use you intend to put the drone through

That, I would happily pay, if a clean one was offered at that price.

The intent is to have one that's cheap enough that I wouldn't worry excessively about loaning it out to somebody I didn't know well.

But there's a Tectonic Shift going on in my thinking about this, in the context of the business plan for Savage Drones.

Every Saturday, I go out to dinner at a great place called "The Overland Restaurant and Pub" in Gardnerville, Nevada, just down the road a bit from my house.

They have a lot of good local beers on tap, and one of them is called "Tectonic Event". It's 8.7% alcohol.

I'm sure a couple of Tectonic Events, will fully resolve my Tectonic Shift!

:-)
