Mavic 2 Controller no Firmware upgrade possible

Hello, i have my new M2 Zoom and when i tried to fly the first time DJI GO4 started to upgrade the controller but failed.
Then i installed Assistant 2.1.2.4 and could upgrade the drone without problems but the controller is simply not possible. It shows me Version 0.6 and the available upgrades and when i click on UPGRADE it looks as if it would upgrade but still the same Version running, 0.6
I tried to factory reset the controller but not even this works via Assistant 2. When i connect the controller to the Laptop, it starts immediately to charge and when i switch t on it shows only CONNECTING.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Assistant 2 but nothing helps. On the DJI GO 4 the same problem, shows as if 14% would be downloaded but fails immediately. Really don't know what to do anymore.
Warranty? My Phantom 3 P and Mavic Air always so reliable and never issues and now this Masterpiece and from the beginning trouble.
Has anyone an idea?

OK it worked, the problem was the Assistant 2.1.2.4. I tried now with the Assistant 2.0.4 and all good, the other version did not installed the drivers.
