Mavic 2 gimbal jerks at speed in the wind just like the Mini 2!

As I become a better pilot I am less gun-shy to fly in moderate winds with my Mavic 2 Pro. Lately here in Chicago it has been cold and modestly windy. I flew yesterday and the day before, and in both flights in a few instances I got the infamous "Mini 2 gimbal jerk". I'd not experienced that before and found it a bit disconcerting because this is the first time. In both instances I think I was flying about 26mph, so not blisteringly fast, but not slow either and pretty high up in the air. FWIW the temperature was below freezing on the ground so must have been somewhat colder in the air.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this due to the cold combined with wind? Thoughts?

Has anyone ever looked at the tilt angles reached by the drone during braking? Bear in mind that a ground speed of 10mph could necessitate an entirely different airspeed

Common issue, at least for me. Faster you fly, more common the issue, where gimbal will jerk back to level. If you fly with gimbal level it still may do it when you start to slow down.

Recently I have had an occasional similar jerk with my Mavic 2 Pro. I have to think when the gimbal jerks downward it is all wind and how it hits the gimbal. With the Mini I have to think now with some anomalies that an additional consideration is the pitch exceeding the gimbal's range of motion. On my Mini 2 I use a lens hood, mostly for protection in the even of obstacle contact, but if I move too fast laterally the sideways pitch will bring the edge of the lens hood into view.
