Hello,

Where would I find the release notes for all the Mavic 2 Pro, Smart Controller, and airspace versions?

It's been awhile since I updated anything and I want to make sure I am not losing any capabilites or places ro fly before I update.

Cheers!

The release notes for each product are available on the dji support web page. That said, the release notes usually do not contain any valuable information’s regarding each update.
I have my M2P, and SC updated to the last FW releases as well as the lates Go4 app. All works well.

Thank you.

I see operating manuals and release notes for products, but not for each firmware revision.

Maybe I explained it wrong? I am looking for any release notes explaining the software and firmware changes that have been made to DJI GO 4, the fly safe database, firmware in the drone itself, etc.

Click on the link in post number 3.
At that point, the release notes are available for all to see.

Remote Controller Firmware: v01.00.0770
DJI GO 4 App iOS: v4.3.42
DJI GO 4 App Android: v4.3.42

are the most recent updates?

I thought I had those but keep getting a message to update. Maybe I should just try to load them again.

Release notes have a date attached at the top of each one.
Updates are NOT mandatory.
If you are happy with the way it flys and it’s doing what you want,
leave it alone.
If there is something showing in the notes that is beneficial to you,
update it.
If you get an update message, you can hit the ignore button and no harm done.

The release note file for a product contains the details of each version
And possibly some added features that may not be enjoyable?
There are no requirements to publish exactly what each update contains.

Well that's part of the issue. I'm on firmware 670 (two versions past), the drone is acting weird, and of course the first thing DJI tech support wants to know is "have you installed the latest updates"?

So, while I usually follow the recommendation you are giving.....I might need to update to prove it is the drone and get it fixed.

With no better information than what is in your link to the other posts made there, sorry, my mind reading abilities are on vacation.
In the other thread, what you described was typical of a DJI product sensing the sun as an obstacle. That, for a DJI product is not weird.
Somewhat difficult for me to understand how you can get a“restart on a level surface” message when you have an aircraft that’s not on the ground.
Since I don’t seem to be helping solve this, maybe someone else can provide the needed solution.
Good luck.

I'm just trying to get to the next step in DJI's process so they will accept the drone for repair. They are telling me I have to update and see if the problem occurs again, then they will escalate.

Otherwise, I agree with you and don't update unless it adds a new capability or feature.
