Mavic 2 Pro battery charge issue

Hey Everyone, I'm new to the forum, and a 1 month old Mavic 2 Pro owner/ pilot (no crashes to date!!). Question about the battery: one of my batteries shows fully charged - all 4 sections of the indicator light up, but when plugged in, the app says there's not enough power to take off. The battery won't take charge anyome so it seems like the charger/ battery think the battery is full, but the drone thinks the battery is empty. The other 2 batteries are functioning well and all 3 have close to the same number of charges. DJI says they need a video of the whole thing, plus serial number's etc. Anyone else experience this and if so what was your fix? Thanks!
