Mavic 2 Pro RC not charging or turning on.

Hi, has anyone had charging issues with there M2P remote controller?

I flew yesterday with no issues. I had planned to fly again tomorrow morning so thought I'd make sure all my batteries were 100%.

I plugged my controller in and nothing lite up.

I tested the charging cable & dji charger on my phone & it charges my phone ok. So it's not the charger.

I've checked the charging port on my controller for damage & it is as new. I have always been very careful with this as read posts were they have been damaged.

Any ideas?

Just to be clear the controller won't turn on either. It is completely unresponsive.

I am experiencing the same issue with the same remote for the first time. I charged three batteries with my remote Sunday and after using that afternoon my remote would not charge. I was not charging any batteries. It is reading 31%.

I would appreciate any advice.
