My RC 2 has stopping charging.

I've not used this RC2 controller for a month now. It's been plugged in overnight and it seems stuck on 3 green lights. I removed all three batteries from the charger, but nothing is getting it to full charge. I've just today 1/26 updated RC and Drone, but that problem was present today before I did the updates.

Update: The RC2 charges as expected when connected to my MacBook via USB-C. This is the cord I use to upload image from my cameras to the Mac. Could this just be a cord issue?

Thanks for the tip! But I'm very happy with the DJI Charger - when it's working .

....and I can charge it with my Mac. Maybe the DJI Charger is defective. I'll write them.

Of course! I was simply suggesting a charger that meets DJI's recommended specifications to ensure optimal performance.

I’m using the standard 3 battery hub that comes with the mini four pro. When i plug the RC into the hub nothing happens. And when I plug RC into my Mac it starts charging. Weird.

What is interesting is that I can plug my iPhone into the hub and it starts charging.

How are you powering the hub?

I’m powering the hub via a wall plug. I bought another DJI hub and it works fine. Still when I sent the non-charging of the drone hub into DJI they said it’s working and sent it back to me.

I wouldn't suspect the hub itself to be the issue, since it doesn't provide power on its own. It's more likely that the device powering the hub could be problematic or underpowered.

Assuming you've already followed the DJI recommendations I shared above, I'm not sure what else to recommend at this point.

Why charge with hub in the way?
