Mavic 2 pro rc signal weak

Hello mavicPilots i have a New mavic 2 pro and when i do range test can i only get it out on 1200 M before the rc. Signal is gone? It is open field and i have try to get it higher but not helping The transmission signal is ther no problems with. Hobe any one can help ty.

I got 5KM with M2 Zoom over a lake with no obstacle's in the way in CE mode, could have gone further but that was enough for me just doing a one off range test. now in the middle of the forest where I live its a dirrerant story, trees sucking up signal.

Does your flight status show poor signal quality? Check that. That can show poor quality, but the signal bars will still look fine. I have had issues with this and have to select manual freq and channels.

When i look in aircraft status it says good i Will go out and test it again tomorrow and i write back to you
