I am new in here. Just bought the BT-300 and Mavic 2 pro but they do not connect. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Without sounding rude I would suggest you read the manual thoroughly because it tells you exactly how to connect the aircraft and remote control. And if that doesn’t solve the problem then check out YouTube tutorials on how to do it. Good luck
