mavic 2 zoom app does not see storage options

have installed the correct sd card specified by owner's manual.
DJI app does not "see" EITHER the sd card, OR the internal storage.
i go to settings/ adjustments/ storage,
BOTH internal storage and sd card say N/A.
i HAVE previously recorded images & video on the internal storage, however

can anybody help me? thx!

Have you tried another SD card to r/o card error/malfunction?

Have you contacted DJI?, Is the drone in warranty.

Not that I know of.., all online when I have needed info/had problem. Check out the website.

Try formatting internal storage.
