MAvic 2 Zoom camera on MA2

Is it possible to put a M2 Zoom camera on a MA2?
Also anyone knwo any good videos on MA2 camera/gimble dissasembly? My gimble motor power is overloading

I'm guessing not but I am new to this game, and I would love a zoom option. The problem would be software and hardware mods.

i would imagine thats impossible for a multitude of reasons probably better off replace or repair the standard camera

That's swapping cameras on a Mavic 2 Pro ... The OP asks if it's possible to put the Mavic 2 Zoom camera on the Mavic Air 2 ...
My guess is a firm - No!

There's a couple threads that I started about gimbal overloads...

@PopsGG fixed his by tightening a screw.

Look around on here to see if you can follow his steps to fix it, then if that doesn't work contact DJI... They replaced mine and I couldn't be happier.

I've flown in 35mph winds and rain with no overload. Sport mode in to the wind, still doesn't matter.

Get it replaced, I wouldn't worry about doing any hardware mods to something that's still under warranty.

Since Mid June 2020 there has occurred a firmware update. 8X digital zoom is not capable on the Mavic Air 2. Its limited in its video modes but its now possible to zoom in.
