Hi. Im a newbie here. does anybody know how to fix mavic 2 camera zoom?

Need more information. Are you talking about the dial on the remote control on the right hand side that zooms in and out.

my camera couldn't zoom, the focus change ,the touch on screen also didn't functioning well (didn't zoom). i'll upload the videos later
