Mavic 2Pro - DJI Go4 and Smart Controller are not syncing with my iPhone 8 plus

I'm so frustrated. Most of the time videos and photos indicate there aren't any. Occasionally, several will show up on the Go4 app. Yet, when they do, and I select one, or a batch, it goes to download and then comes back as 0 downloaded, try again. I haven't been able to download anything to my phone. I've reinstalled the DJI Go4 app.
Pull the SD card out of either the controller, or drone, and all the photos and videos are there. Just not the size that I can forward. I'd really appreciate someone telling me what I'm doing wrong Thanks for reading.

You don’t list your equipment... which would help, but with the drone and controlling device(s) running go into prefs and Selene the which card to use and the format or formats you want to save into. After DL by your method you can resize as needed. On my M2P with SC I use DNG + jpeg fwiw.
