An update to the situation. I shipped the drone back to them last week, and it arrived there Monday. I got an e-mail from them today with a detailed breakdown of the repairs needed - a total of $2,588.00. Charge to me = $0. "This message is from DJI Support. After testing your product, DJI has determined to provide you with free repair service. The repair is expected to be finished within 3 to 6 business days, after which the product will be sent back to you. Thank you for choosing DJI." I assume with this level of damage they'd just send me a refurbished unit vs. attempting a repair. The thing was trashed.
