Mavic 3 pro 7x camera focus issue

Having issues getting 7x camera to focus, played around with it stationary and it appears it won't get focus on anything beyond about 40 metres, either auto of manual focus
It's 14 months old, barely been used and has been like this since new. Never crashed or dropped

Anyone else had this issue?

See reference videos. Some digital zoom tried briefly to get close look at distant edges on the small remote screen. Yes I understand this pixelates image.

The black writing on close object is about 7 metres away and can get focus on this.

You can see moments of almost focus on distant objects when it switched between manual infinity to auto focus, but can't get even close to sharp when it's set to auto of manual infinity.

The red fence is about 100 metres away, can't get focus on that at all.

I would have thought it being more and issue focus on near objects than distant.

Have DJI refresh. If this is used to get issue resolved do they fix and return or replace with a other refurbished unit? (Australia) Would prefer to keep mine given the low hours of use

The focus hunting is very obvious in the samples provided. Were you using digital zoom with 7x lens in these samples?
I have done some focus testing with my M3P as I shoot more stills than videos and accurate focus is a bit more critical with photos. When shooting distant subjects I use MF only. After a rigorous testing I have established that the absolute best and sharpest infinity focus on my particular M3P is as follows:

1x lens 2 bars under the infinity mark (the 2 triangles/mountain)
3x lens 1 bar under
7x lens 4 bars under

The images need a fair bit of sharpening applied to them to look decent but all 3 cameras are capable of producing very usable photos (and videos for that matter) using this focusing method. AF can be a bit of a hit-and-miss especially with low contrast subjects

The focus hunting is switching between manual (infinity length) and auto focus. Trying to show there's still no focus obtained and there seems to be a sharper length of focus when it switches between both.

Cant get focus on stills either, 7x video is only usable for close subjects.

I'm assuming this isnt normal and needs repair or calibration
