Hi guys, I'm having a very hard time connecting my Mavic three Pro to my Mac. Also I have been trying for weeks to get the firmware for these three batteries I had bought from Amazon. I have been downloading firmware, but none of it has worked. Can you guys send me the links of what I'm going to need to get these batteries to work on my Mavic three Pro please? I've been downloading DJI assistant all kinds of different versions but then when I connect my Mavic to the computer, it won't read so I don't know what to do. Can you guys please help thank you in advance

Just out of interest, the firmware you're downloading.... is it the hacked variety, or is the drone you're trying to shoehorn it into hacked? Proprietary DJI GUI's will have a hard time recognising something that doesn't run on proprietary firmware.

If you want to refresh the firmware successfully, try removing the hacks (if there are any) and then refresh drone & controller firmware with Assistant 2 which should then have no trouble identifying the drone.

No it’s not hacked at all I bought it a couple months ago set it up but only able to fly it on one battery .. so I bought 3 more on amazon and haven’t flown it since because I been trying to figure out how to change the firmware on the batteries to make them work .. so I just left it alone and been flying my air 3 .. I got 17 batteries for that so I’m good .. but I really want to fly my mavic

Perhaps the best thing to do in these circumstances is leave the non DJI batteries alone, bite the bullet and invest in the proprietary branded batteries to get your drone up, out and about. While you're getting good use out of the drone, you can research the problem to see if there's a reliable work-around that won't brick either the batteries or the drone... but it's well recognised that DJI have been finding ways to lock down their products and they're really good at it.

Its a good thing you are rich because you just may have to eat those Batteries. Macs are tricky when it comes to assistant 2 mine works most of the time, sometimes I get weird results first thing I would do is search out a PC.. It should work tho....Like stated above DJI does not approve of third party Batteries and just may have made your Batteries useless.
I think I would go with the post above me BUT try all of this on a PC first after that doesnt work I would purchase OEM Batts.

If they are non-DJI batteries, DJI Assistant won't work. Reach out to the battery manufacturer and get updated firmware from them. This is another problem with using third party batteries.

Or you can returned them to Amazon, mark as reason "Don't work", and use your refund to buy the correct DJI batteries.

I had that issue too. But I only bought 1. I use it for firmware updates. Funny tho, I did a Zeitview job with my M3E with that battery. The drone took it. I did not see my large silver writing on it before I went to the job. Thank God it didn't go down.. But if I put it in my M3 Pro, it won't even take off..
