I'd need to know if this latest DJI aicraft firmware, could be compatible with older version firmware installed on RC PRO.

You need to research the features or changes in the firmware to be sure, but most likely it won't cause you any problems.
if it does you could always re-flash the older firmware,

Simple Google search: "DJI Mavic 3 pro release notes".

Each entry lists app compatibility in the last paragraph. If the latest firmware requires controller/app updates - it will tell you.
