Mavic 3 Pro Not Initializing

Hi all,
Firstly apologies if this has been asked and answered, I searched and couldn't find it.
As the title suggests, I own a Mavic 3 Pro, and when I power it up it doesn't initialize ( no beep and the propellors don't do their self check )

I used the drone 3 days in a row, there was no issues during the final flight, on the 4th day, it simply didn't work. The battery was fully charged, as was the controller.

When I plugged the drone into my PC, DJI Assistant can "see" the drone, BUT it does not show the Firmware, so I can't communicate with the drone to upgrade or downgrade the firmware, so it is basically a brick at the moment.

Next step is to pull it apart to see if I can find something obvious (it's already outside it's warranty) or take it to a store to fault find / repair.
Before I do either of those, that is why I have come to ask you knowledgeable people.

Has anybody experienced this issue before?
Has anybody fixed this issue?
Does anybody have any suggestions for me to try?

General question, Are DJI drones able to be flashed with different software / firmware? If so, I might try that too

Welcome to the forum from Bakersfield!
Your problem is almost always battery or battery connection related make sure the battery is seated properly and that all contacts are clean. Charge them and watch each battery while doing so for any issues.

You cannot flash other firmware to a DJI drone you will brick it. You can however use Dronehacks to install “stubborn” updates.

Does seem very odd. I don’t think I’ve ever seen or read about what you describe.
Makes me think something is disconnected somewhere. May be difficult to find whatever fault this is.
What is the history on this unit?
