I can not draw a box around the subject on my RC Controller to enable active track. New drone. Mavic 3 Pro Any help would be welcomed

Not sure if my problem is the same as yours - but I couldn't either until I lowered the video resolution and frame rate to 1920 X 1080 x 30 FPS. I had to reread the manual to find out the little catcha that the special modes didn't work in any of the higher res settings on my Air 2S controller.
