I have a Mavic 3 Classic. It belonged to a friend who let me have it after he crashed it. The drone itself had a damaged front right arm & a broken gimbal bracket.
I replaced the whole arm including motor. The bracket for the gimbal was replaced along with the rubber that hold it in place. I was given 3 batteries with the drone as well & the basic remote controller without the screen. I boot the drone up for the first time after the repairs. I get the camera feed along with a few errors. Errors I'm getting are battery not installed correctly (CODE:16100083). I get this code with all 3 batteries. Everything is charged 100%. I did read somewhere that the batteries might need to be updated. The other code i get is ESC connection error (CODE-16100019) The drone is on an older firmware. This is where the main issue comes into play. I cant update the firmware. I have tried updating it through the fly app on both android and IOS. I also downloaded the desktop assistant 2 consumer. The update never gets all the way done. On andriod it gets hung up at 93% Iphone gets hung up at 92%. The Assistant 2 consumer gets to 78%. I get different failed codes for both andriod & ios.

Side note. At this point i have taken this thing apart pretty far. I checked all the boards. all the connections. unplugged everything and plugged it back in. I don't see any physical damage.
