Mavic 3T Focus Track Issue

I am trying to use focus/active track while in video mode. I am unable to draw a box around the subject on the controller. All I am able to do is move the gimble. Am I missing a setting? Thanks!

Is there a green plus sign anywhere? If so, click on it and you should be good to go. If not, sorry, I can't help you other than to say I've never had that problem with my 3S. I guess it could be a setting somewhere.
