Mavic 3T issue

My Mavic 3T ALWAYS shoots both RGB and Thermal pics. It only started doing this after I sent my controller in for service. Does anyone have a possible solution

Maybe this is too obvious, but did you tap on the icon on your controller in the top right tool bar that allows you to choose, RGB, Thermal or both?
