Mavic 4 way points and points of interest.

I am trying to set up a simple 3 waypoint mission with one POI. It's a simple straight line backwards, however, when I set it all up, the drone starts at the first way point and turns to the right but the point of interest is straight ahead. The drone should just move backwards while filiming ,keeping the POI in the center of the screen. Why is the drone turning? I check my settings, way points are linked to POI. Heading is set to POI.

Did you fly the drone while creating the waypoint or from the map? I would check the heading setting to make sure it is set to point at the POI

This is an example of what happens when I set the POI. The drone turns the opposite direction, flies away and then turns back around again to face the POI. But it shouldn't, all the way points and the POI should be pointed toward me. Below is a link to the video.

Have a play with LitchiHub Litchi Hub You plan all your missions on your PC and with a bit of stuffing around you get them on your RC. It's cool

You are so right, this app is so cool, I'm shocked. Thank you so much. Do you know the different cameras, like wide angle, medium telephoto can be changed when setting up a mission? Like one waypoint has the wide angle and another waypoint uses the medium telephoto....

Yep used the different lens ? When it makes it simple to get the planned mission easily to the drone I will use it much more ... I kept loosing track of what was what !!

Can litchi be used for the Mavic 4 pro? I am reading posts that say it can't be used.

The Litchi Pilot app cannot be used with the Mavic 4 Pro. However, you can use Litchi’s Mission Hub to create and export a mission in KMZ format and then import that to your flying device.

Regarding your POI heading issue, there is no way for us to tell without seeing your mission. Without that all you will receive is guesses. What you describe is not the expected behavior.
