Mavic Air 2 and mini Ipad

I'm looking at the Mavic Air 2 and wonder if the a Ipad mini will fit where the Iphone is shown above the controller?

Not without another mount or homemade hook to give it the dimensions it needs.

The Etsy 3D printed adapter accommodates the iPad Mini nicely to the Air 2 controller, gives tilted up angle (that I like), weighs very little and is very inexpensive. It's a Misschrisy item.

The Miss Chrissy iPad adapter does indeed fit well. I use it with an iPad Mini 4 and the DJI cable works just fine. I can store it in my GPC case when not in use.
