Mavic Air 2 fly more combo for $800 direct from DJI

Just got this link directly from DJI. Is this a good deal or should I be looking at a more current model?

I have a Mini 2 right now. Most of my flying is recreational although I have my Part 107 and do some (not a lot) photography for money.

Any insights would be appreciated.

It's nearly $200 off the original price and there are lots of cross compatible components between the Air 2 and the Air 2S. If you can just get the Air 2S Aircraft, you would have mostly everything else you need to fly it as the batteries and RC are interchangeable. Then you would have a backup aircraft as well.

It all depends on how important the photography part is. The A2 is a great upgrade from your mini 2, it is quiet and powerful. The A2S is a step up camera wise but for me, the A2 is plenty good enough, especially for the price. Getting Care Refresh is a worthwhile investment also.
