Would someone with knowledge please confirm whether or not the Mavic Air 2 has precision landing capability.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I have an Air 2 on order but I have seen two Youtube clips showing an Air 2 test landing “home” in very strong coastal winds and another where “home” brought the drone back over a target mat to hover at about 2 metres before it landed down gently on to the mat. The Air 2 has a white light underneath which presumably also assists with ground identification, before contact. The videos looked impressive to me - pretty precise! Cheers.Would someone with knowledge please confirm whether or not the Mavic Air 2 has precision landing capability.

There is no reason it won’t. If you want a more definitive answer how about you give us a week?![]()
@swooshdave......... Man, that week!!!!! Time hasn't seemed to move slower in a long time
But yeah, it'll soon be here. You have one on order yet?
IMO, this was not a true test of the RTH capability. Only flew about 125 meters away. You really need to go at least 500 meters to really test it.This may help you:
