Mavic Air 2 w/ Smart Controller Gimble Pan

I have purchased a smart controller and have loved it so far, but I have found that the right gimbal wheel does not pan the gimbal left or right as I would expect, and when I try and drag on the screen it does not want to pan left or right as it would on a phone. Is there a setting I am missing or simply not written into the Fly app?

You might’ve expected that but it doesn’t.

In the go app you can use your finger to pan the gimbal left and right.Never found this useful.
