Hi again .. still new on drones

Done a few QuickShots today at local park
In 3K Video .. the trouble is that I can’t download the video from the DJI go 4 App to my iPhone 11 plus ? There no problem on the HD 1080 But not on 3K ? Is there something I need to know ! Sure there a way round this

to get the 2.7K footage off the drone, you are going to need to connect a USB-C cord from the drone (if not using an SD card) to something.

if using SD, you could take that out as another option.
