Hi Folks, I have a Mavic Air. Bought it on Jan. 2019. Yesterday as I was flying the drone. The Low Battery alarm went off. And within 30 seconds the drone fell out of the sky, (about 10 feet). It didn't hurt the Drone. When I went to charge the battery on the DJI battery charger, (4 station), it would not charge and a red light appeared on the charger, where normally a green lights is. Anyone else ever have such an issue?? Thanks, TK in TN.

Its been seen before. You probably had a bad cell in the battery. To verify, you will need to look at your flight log from the incident and/or upload your .txt log here and we can check for you.
