I buy mavic air herw in Panama. when I register it, I was able to connect it. after few days i cannot connect the mavic air and rc. I was able to update the remote ( version 1.0200) and mavic air (version 1.0300). Is there a problem connecting the mavic air and remote at Panama

I want to try to update to that version but I don't know if the new version has problem. I read on other post that if version 1.00.0620 is updated, there's no downgrade. Can I ask you what version you are using DOPPLER?
I am on version 1.00.0620 (and I am not even in Panama). I haven't had any issues flight wise. I have not tried to downgrade though, so I don't know if that is possible or not.
I have problem with controller. When I updated it to 1.00.200, with the used of DJI assistant 2. the problem occurred when I connect the remote with dji assistant 2. the version returned to 0.00.00. I updated it again but every time i connect to dji assistant. the version becomes 0.00.00. I cannot even reset to factory settings. it failed.Please help
I have same problem. I visit dji center here in Panama. They upgraded my mavic air to latest firmware but the problem persist. They say they don't know the problem. ait does not link to wifr or to the remote. Can the mavic air cab still be repaired? please help

I bought mavic air in Panama, I was able to connect my rc and ac but after 2 days they cannot link together. I update my ac (aircraft )to 1. 000.060 and my rc (remote control to 1.000.010. Linking with ac and rc was still the problem even after updating. Now I am in France and tried to link ac and rc and it still it fails. I followed the instructions in the previous post that to press the button on the back of the ac until 3 beeps sounded then after 5 second press again the button on the back of ac until 1 beep sounded. I waited for 30 seconds before the rc and ac links. now my drone is in perfect condition. I did not update the no fly zone for ac. hope this helps you guys
