Mavic Air connection issue

Hello All,

I have the mavic air + remote with latest firmware.

I run the control connected to an ipad with usb cable.

I have a big issue connecting the rc to the mavic.

The controller keep beeping and connection to rc fail 99% of time.

I could get it connected today with some luck but cant reproduce it.

I tried all the advice given online but it doesn help.

Could you pls kindly advice what i shall do ?

Hmmm, maybe try re-pairing the RC to the Mavic Air? You can see how to do that at about the 5min mark of this video:

thx guys but as i said i tried it few times... like 20 attempt of pairing it keep beeping and nothing is happening ....

trying again nothing happening the remote keep beeping i try pressing once at the back of the drone till one bip then tried till 3 bip in case by luck it could work... not working.... tried my iphone + ipad connected in usb to the remote, not working...

Call Dji support and talk with a teck specialist to see if there's anything that can be done and decide if you need to send it in for repairs?

I've had disconnection errors too. A lot of them. But the problem seems to be between the iPad Pro and the Controller. The bird responds to the controller. I've had to re-start GO4 and the Controller a few times before I can get a connection. Sometimes it will connect, but lose connection in flight, and I've had to fly with just the controller to get it back. Thank goodness RTH works well.

Try another usb cable

I would also refresh the the RC and AC firmware using the latest DJI assistant 2 application on the pc
