Mavic Air drifting erratically

Hi all,

Brand new here and pretty much a noob drone owner as well, so be gentle!

Bought my drone in the States a few months back and had no issues flying it in the U.K. until a short while ago when I was flying it at a friend’s place and (without any control from me) it lurched sideways and crashed in to his house.

Since then I took it up in my garden to check it was ok and it’s now exhibiting the bahaviour in the video below.

Before I give it in for repair, is there anything obvious I should check or what the issue might be.

For info (having contacted DJI) I’ve done a factory reset and updated to latest firmware for the drone and controller and checked that there’s no physical damage with the gimbal. The gimbal also auto calibrates no problem.

looks windy - could be normal , it does look like the mavic air is fighting to keep position,
no harm to check
1. imu & calibrate if necessary
2. compass
3. gps / > 8 satellites
