Mavic Air Firmware Update stalled at 7% for 45 minutes

New to this forum and the Mavic Air. I am trying to update the firmware and have the Mavic Air connected to my Mac computer and using the Assistant. Everything started just fine with recognition of the Mavic Air, download etc. Upon, updating it has been stuck on 7% now for over 45 minutes. What do you suggest. I still have everything connected.

Restart it. (Disconnect it first). It shouldn't take that long. Restart the MA (Make sure the MA operates as normal) and then reconnect it. Even if it went through only part-way, you can simply re-initiate the upgrade process.

Thanks so much. I believe I have it fixed now. Wow getting this MA ready is harder than I anticipated. Tutorials are not all that useful and it seems some of the written material is less than complete. Here's hoping.

Thank you. First time drone owner ( just got Mavic Air ). I have spend a majority of today trying to get the drone ready. WOW. So many updates. Not even sure if I know what I have done. Trying to be prepared before I do anything stupid. Thanks.

Had the same problem with my mavic air. It stuck at 30%. I shut down the Mavic, shut down Remote Controller, shut down/restart my smartphone & shut down/restart my wifi router. Then i tried again and problem has been solved.
