Mavic air function button

My mavic airs function button on the face of the controller is currently set to toggle the leds. Whenever I press that button it causes a screen to pop up and tells me to connect to WiFi even though I'm connected to the control. It's my understanding that you dont connect to both the wifi and controller. Any one have some insight?

True that you do not connect to both the controller and Wifi.
