Hello, my mavic air is not creating the DJI virtual drive through the USB port. What can I do?

Hello,

Are you referring to the internal storage? I am sure you have the Air powered on but have you tried any of the basics such as different cable, reinstall of software/drivers, etc?

Also the more information you provide the easier it will be for people to help you. Type of computer, what you have tried already, Air or Air 2, and such.

If you see the drone (or SD card) on your desktop you should be able to just drag and drop to copy the to your computer.

as above, please tell us what equipment and connection you are using as well as clarify the task you really want to do.
