Im guessing this may have been discussed already but I cant find a thread. Purchased a Mavic Air II with fly more package 13 months ago. two weeks ago two of the batteries started flashing all four lights three times while charging. Manual says batteries are damaged. Called DJI and they said it was out of warranty and they would contact me with 24 hours with a solution. that was 5 days ago.
Anyone else had this problem and find a solution with DJI? With batteries at $400 each, thats only $200 short of what was paid for the whole package!
