Mavic Air RC, iphone 5s vs. iphone 8

Hi,
Mavic Air and iphone 8 user.
I placed my (no sim card) iphone 5S back into service
to use in tandem with the RC.
The iphone 5s fits better and doesn't try to move around.
The iphone 8 is loose, the plug keeps falling out,
and it's necessary to continuously adjust iphone 8 so the RC
doesn't accidently put pressure on phone's button.

iphone 5S is now re-purposed and dedicated to the Mavic RC.

Seems to me the easiest solution is the phone you have in your pocket. Not sure why you are having issues with the 8. I use an 8 Plus and it’s fine. The biggest challenges are not blocking the home button completely and the ambient light sensor. But honestly it’s not that hard.
