I actually just took some epoxy and stuck Xbox sticks on top of the Mavic Pro sticks. The longer length makes the sticks less sensitive so I feel like I can make more precise movements.
The Mavic Pro sticks are just part of the controller and aren’t removable so if you want to replace the Mavic Pro sticks with different ones(and not just put them on top of existing Mavic Pro sticks like I did) you’d have to cut them off and epoxy the new ones on. Something I can’t really recommend unless you are determined
I am talking about opening up the controller (which I have done with the Spark) and swapping out the whole "ball" that holds the stick to have the removable sticks.
