Mavic Air - Video download issue

Hi. I have just purchased my first drone. It is a DJi Mavic air. I have an issue that I cannot seem to resolve so am hoping someone may be able to help. The drone takes videos in MP4 setting and stores it fine to my SD card. However, when I want to download the footage to my connected iPhone XS I get a 'download failed message - only JPEG images and H.264 videos are downloadable'. However, when I click the information link - it tells me the video is H.264? SD card is fine (downloads on my PC ok) - Anyone know what the issue is? Many thanks.

Are you able to download the file when you connect the drone to a computer?

Hi. I have not tried this so will do when I get home. I have taken the SD card out and this downloads fine on my PC. I suspect it will download - it seems to be the DJi go4 app that does not allow the download directly to my iPhone.

strange have you also tried using the USB port at the bottom of the remote instead of the side? just so cover bases
