Hello, I have a one year old Mavic air that will not power on. This is the first issue I have had with this Drone, I usually fly on average 2-3 times a month, have never crashed the drone and prior to today I haven’t for about 5 weeks. I have three good batteries (fly more combo) and charged the batteries and controller prior to trying to fly. I put a fully charged battery in and pressed the on button and held it to power up. It lights up all four green LED's and about the time it should sound off and power on the battery LED's go off. I tried with a three charged batteries with the same result. Has anyone experienced this issue - possible fix?

Thanks very much.

Not sure if you just didn't describe the procedure properly in your message or you are not doing it properly on the drone itself.

You do not power up a DJI drone by pushing and holding the power button. Please see the instructions in your user manual. The procedure is a quick press and release, followed immediately by a press and hold (for about 2 seconds).

The way the instructions read, it's ambiguous if they mean press and hold or momentary press, then press and hold. It is the latter. Even after all 4 LEDs light (power up sequence lights the LEDs one at a time like it was charging), hold it one more second.

If you forgot that, don't feel bad. At one time I had trouble turning on my P3 RC. I knew about the press, then press and hold for the AC battery, but forgot it applies to the RC too.
