hi as you can see in the video i can only run the motor with arm folded. i heard is the manufacture error my drone is out of warranty. is there any fix that i can do maybe re solder the wire or will dji do it for free.

If it's out of warranty, I can't imagine DJI fixing it for free. You won't know though unless you call them. There's also a guy that's active on this message board who fixes drones. He could give you a price. There's also a YouTube video on replacing the entire arm. Do a search for that video, view it, then decide if it's something that you would feel comfortable doing yourself. You have three choices.
