Mavic FW .0400 with Go App v4.1.9 or later

Anyone have any feedback/comments running FW v.0400 with Go App v4.1.9 or later?

I'm running FW v.0400 with Go App v4.1.3, but I'm reluctant to update the Go App due to the potential NFZ issues. (When I fly, I put my phone into airplane mode so I don't get prompted about a new FW update is available)

I'm ok with v4.1.3, but I have an small annoying issue of captured pics & video not showing properly in the Media area of the Go App (half of the thumbnails show up as gray squares, pics/videos won't open or display). I'm wondering if upgrading Go may help fix the issue.

My 4.1.x app complained one time that the Mavic's firmware which I had at .700 was too old and it refused to launch!
Extremely bad since I was in a remote place in a foreign country and had no change to change the situation..
That's when I went back to .400 and 4.0.6

I'm on 400 FW w/ latest GO App on android 7;I noticed a few secs lag on telemetry but no NFZ.
I also fly w/ Airplane mode ON all the time.
