Mavic Mini camera problem

Hello, I am experiencing a problem where I take a photo with my Mavic mini and download the high quality version, but it only shows up as 9 MP or 4000 x 2250. This is not the file size and all of the photos have this problem. How can I shoot in the advertised 12 MP that this drone should shoot in?

Having read other similar messages you may need to go back to the camera settings and search for you problem there.
