Mavic Mini or Phantom 3 SE?

I was looking at the renewed section of the dji store and I saw the Phantom 3 SE for 479$ I was considering the Dji Mavic mini as my first drone for some experience and I am hoping to get into some real estate work in the (not so near) future. Is the Phantom 3 SE a better deal at that price point then the Mavic mini being in the renewed section for only 319?

The 3se was released in 2015 so it's a bit long in the tooth, spare parts for repairs and batteries maybe hard to find.
The Mavic Mini specs are no longer compelling given the release of the Mavic Mini 2, if you can stretch the budget to get the newest model that would be the best purchase.
