No, smart controller use Ocusync 2.0 and the mini is a wi-fi connection. And please hold those question in the Mavic mini section of the forum!

I REALLY wish it did, because how awesome would it be to throw it in the same bag as the Mavic 2 Pro and use it where the Mavic 2 isn't allowed all with just one controller. Unfortunately that seems like it will not be possible.
