Mavic pro 2 and Premiere lagging

good afternoon, i have several videos made on mavic pro2 at 4k 23.97fps, when editing i see the video perfectly without lag, after exporting i will see the video and it has lag or freezes. I've tried all the export settings and always do the same.

Which sites do you export to. Vimeo, Facebook, or other? Some sites do a better job of then others when it comes to playing an exported video.

Where are you observing the problem? On your computer/ TV? streaming?

What export codec did you use?

use h264 (not h265). That latter compresses better, but requires more horse power to decompress in real time.
