It matters if someone has owned a DJI product before and used DJI go 4 because that usually means they know what they're doing and it might be more of an equipment problem then a set up problem.

How old is the Tab? If its from 2016, it might not run DJI Go 4.

It runs the program, and has 5.1 OS,but it is list in info as 2016

Not a lot of help but I have a Galaxy Tab A6 and it works with my MP 1.
