Mavic Pro 3 intelligent batteries + power banks

Hi guys, just wanted to check quickly, as most international flight only allows 2 power banks at max to be taken with the hand luggage. Does the intelligent batteries be counted as one of the 2 power bank quota?

Thinking of brining:
3 x intelligent batteries (mavic pro)
1 x power bank (11,000 mAh)
1 x power bank (5,000 mAh)

Will the above setup be ok to be carried by myself as hand luggage?

I have an Omnicharge and 3 intelligent batteries - 1 in the mavic and 2 in a lipo bag. I flew to Manila via Tokyo thru San Francisco from NYC last week and encountered no hassles. They did open my "gadget" bag hand carry coz it was crammed with electronics (GoPro, 25w solar panel for the omnicharge along with the Mavic), but didn't really look at the batteries...

i had a flight with klm from San Fransisco California to Amsterdam with 4 Mavic battryies and from there one more flight to ISRAEL
they couldn't care less !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
