Mavic Pro AE Lock

I cannot lock the AE unless I move the ISO to Auto. Now in Manual ISO, it is greyed out. I used to keep it locked, even in Manual ISO because I like to keep the exposure as even as possible while shooting video. Anyone else notice this?
